Our team
Good work starts with a good team.

We work closely with each other and with our clients. The way we collaborate shapes the way a project unfolds: clear communication, shared trust, and a process that feels considered from start to finish.

Zane Levin

Principal Architect

Zane is most at home when he’s building something: a thoughtful design, a strong client relationship, or, lately, the mountain house he’s crafting with his wife, Jenna. Raised in a family of artists and engineers, he found himself drawn to the space in between, where creativity meets precision. Architecture became the natural path, blending his eye for design with a love of problem-solving.

As Principal Architect, he’s drawn to the early phases of a project, where ideas are still loose and full of possibility. Time spent skiing, traveling, or playing disc golf offers a change in pace and perspective, the kind of reset that brings energy and clarity to his process.

David Rynes

EVP, Client Relationships

Conversations come first for Dave. As EVP of Client Relationships, he’s focused on building trust from the very beginning, guiding homeowners through the process and ensuring every touchpoint feels clear, collaborative, and considered. With a background in home building and years spent in Colorado’s mountain communities, he brings both industry perspective and a grounded, people-first approach.

Originally from Chicago, Dave found his rhythm out west. He’s a certified CrossFit coach, a dedicated skier, and often in the mountains with his wife and two kids. That mix of focus and adaptability carries into his work, where he’s known for being present, responsive, and genuinely invested in each client relationship.

Mikki Grebetz

Director of Architectural Operations

Mikki Grebetz

Director of Architectural Operations

Mikki brings quiet precision to her role as Director of Operations, drawing on a background in process engineering and a longstanding connection to the mountains. She works closely with our architecture team to shape the systems and clarity that keep each project focused and fluid. Known for her steady leadership and instinct for efficiency, she moves between big-picture strategy and nuanced detail with ease. Her approach is thoughtful and flexible, creating space for both structure and creativity to thrive. Beyond the studio, Mikki enjoys exploring new places and spending time biking and skiing with her husband and daughter.

Alida Toth

Project Manager

Alida Toth

Project Manager

Alida grew up in a family of engineers, leading her to ask a lot of questions, especially about buildings, structures, and how things work. These questions drew her to architecture, where this curiosity sparked a passion for blending creative exploration with a deep interest in how form meets function. That same curiosity led her to earn degrees in both architecture and structural engineering, giving her a dual lens that informs a design process that balances technical precision with creative exploration.

Outside the studio, time spent on the trail with her two rescue dogs often sparks fresh ideas. She draws inspiration from the structure and pattern of the natural world, which carries into her work. In practice, Alida is known for listening closely and turning client needs into spaces that feel both intuitive and timeless.

Elyse Chudacoff

Project Manager

Elyse Chudacoff

Project Manager

Elyse’s design path began with an early love for how space shapes experience, from rearranging childhood bedrooms to earning a degree in Interior Design. With that foundation, she discovered a passion for shaping not only the interiors of a project but the overall form of a home, from how it connects to the land to how light moves through each room. Her work centers on function, proportion, and quiet connection to place.

Collaboration is essential to her process. She listens closely to each client’s routines and inspiration, shaping layouts that feel intuitive and personal. Outside of work, Elyse recharges with time outdoors, live music, and hosting slow evenings with friends. Midday dog walks and dark chocolate are her go-to resets between design tasks.

Josh Mazar

Project Manager

Josh Mazar

Project Manager

Before Josh ever studied architecture, he was building models, sketching layouts, and rearranging any space he could get his hands on. Even now, he unwinds with Lego builds, fly fishing, cooking, or watching hockey, a reminder that the creative process has always been part of who he is.

That early creativity led him from engineering into architecture, where he discovered a deeper passion for how structures are built and how fine details come together to shape daily life. He thrives in the conceptual phase, where conversations with clients evolve into thoughtful plans and unexpected design moves that are both personal and practical.

Amanda Flanagan

Project Designer

Amanda Flanagan

Project Designer

Amanda approaches architecture from the outside in. With a background in landscape architecture and a foundation in conservation, she’s always thinking about the land first: how it moves, where it rests, and what it can support. Her early work focused on custom landscapes, but her curiosity eventually pulled her toward the full picture, considering how homes respond to light, slope, and view.

Her connection to the outdoors shows up in and out of the studio, whether on the river, on a sports field, or in the way she thinks through a site. Today, she works across full residential projects and is most engaged in the conceptual stage, exploring what a home could become and helping clients see the potential rooted in their site.

Mackenzie Thomas

Project Designer

Mackenzie Thomas

Project Designer

Mackenzie’s background uniquely combines architecture and interiors, allowing her to approach design with a holistic perspective. She earned her degree in Interior Architecture from Colorado State University and views each project as a fully integrated experience, where materiality, proportion, and daily function hold equal importance. Mackenzie is drawn to work that spans the full arc of a home’s evolution, from early design concepts to on-site problem solving, where vision and detail meet seamlessly.

Raised in Colorado and shaped by time in ski towns and abroad, Mackenzie brings both a grounded and global perspective to her practice. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, camping, and rafting with her husband.

Sarah Meeves

Project Designer

Sarah Meeves

Project Designer

Sarah has always been drawn to design. Over time, that early interest became a focused pursuit of architecture, shaped by a love for calm, intentional spaces and a connection to the outdoors. Her work often features expansive glazing, natural materials, and seamless transitions between inside and out, reflecting the kind of home she hopes to design for herself one day.

She thrives in collaboration and especially enjoys when clients come with their own ideas. Those early conversations bring clarity and momentum to the process, allowing the design to feel personal from the start. Outside the studio, she recharges by spending time outdoors and keeping a steady rotation of coffee.

Sophie Kollar

Project Designer

Sophie Kollar

Project Designer

Sophie pays attention to the small things: how someone talks about their morning routine, where they naturally pause, or what part of the house they always return to. A built-in bench by the window or a quiet corner for boots can say more than a bold design move. These details carry meaning because they come from the way people actually live.

She starts each project by asking thoughtful questions and listening closely, not just to what a client wants but why they want it. Her work is shaped by how people move through their spaces and what makes them feel at home. One of her dream projects is to design an off-grid ski hut for the 10th Mountain Division, combining her love of design, mountain life, and meaningful function.

Syd Gelman

Project Designer

Syd Gelman

Project Designer

Syd has been fascinated by architecture since childhood, when drives between Denver and Summit County meant marveling at the iconic Sleeper House. That early spark led her to Denver School of the Arts, where stagecraft and set design revealed her love for creating at scale. Her design philosophy is rooted in individuality, valuing clients who stay true to their own tastes rather than fleeting trends. Much of her inspiration comes from fashion, where silhouettes, textures, and detail mirror the principles she brings to architecture. Known for her bold wardrobe and creative energy, Syd approaches each project with the same balance of precision and personality that defines her style.
