Set on a flat, open lot in unincorporated Summit County, this 5,990-square-foot home was designed to take full advantage of its expansive valley views. The client,deeply experienced in the home industry, arrived with a clear vision: a modern, light-filled retreat that balances openness with privacy. Floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding doors, and a material palette of stacked stone, cedar, and metal create a clean architectural language that connects seamlessly to the surrounding landscape. Interior accents, including ceiling treatments and integrated lighting, elevate the space.

Modern Design, Seamless Views

The home’s generous glazing and strategic layout invite the outdoors in, blurring boundaries between inside and out. Every detail, from ceiling lines to lighting placement, was curated to enhance flow, warmth, and connection to the site.
