Alpine Renewal

Set on a generous lot in the Highlands with sweeping views of Breckenridge Ski Resort, the original 6,000-square-foot home underwent a complete transformation to better serve its owners’ lifestyle. Originally planned as a kitchen renovation and junior primary suite addition, the project evolved into a full main-level remodel. The reimagined kitchen now opens fluidly to the dining and living areas, creating a spacious, connected atmosphere. Updates to the primary suite enhanced flow, comfort, and sightlines, while the removal of a large fireplace revealed breathtaking bedroom views. Throughout, thoughtful details and improved functionality have elevated the home into a warm, modernized mountain retreat.

From Kitchen Update to Full Redesign

As the remodel progressed, the scope naturally expanded—touching nearly every space. Beyond the initial goals, lower-level rooms were reworked for greater functionality, while finishes were refreshed to create a unified aesthetic. The result is a cohesive, thoughtfully designed home that feels both expansive and intimate.
